Meet the people behind Ostello di Trento, part of the Ciao Hostels network: a team that works with passion to make you feel at home, from your first day to your last.
The General Manager
Francesco Serafini has been General Manager of Ciao Hostels since 2023. He believes a hostel is much more than a place to sleep: it's the starting point for experiencing a city, meeting people, and feeling welcome from the very first moment. In Trento, he loves recommending not only the city's landmarks, like the Cathedral, Buonconsiglio Castle and the MUSE science museum, but also the small corners that make the city unique. For him, hospitality comes from paying attention to people: because every journey always starts with a warm, genuine welcome. Read our blog and write to us for lots of tips, suggestions and interesting proposals!"
The Ciao Hostels Staff
Reception, breakfast, housekeeping: behind every Ciao Hostels hostel is a team working with the same spirit, from Trento to Rovereto, from Vicenza to Foligno. Real people, real smiles, real advice — the kind only someone who lives the area every day can give you. Here in Trento too, between the Cathedral, Buonconsiglio Castle and the MUSE, you'll find the same staff ready to guide you toward the authentic experience you're looking for. Because at Ciao Hostels, the journey always starts with people.
